System components:
- base frame made of anodised aluminium profile with plastic front plate to support the control and indication elements
- special pre-filter with 5 µm filter cartridge and 2 pressure gauges
- high-pressure centrifugal pump
- high-performance spiral wound module(s) with PA/PS composite membranes in GRP pressure pipe(s) with inliner
- sampling valve for make-up water and permeate
- solenoid valves for make-up water, permeate discharge and permeate displacement
- stainless steel valves for adjusting the flow rates of permeate, concentrate and concentrate return
- pressure switch for monitoring of feedwater pressure and permeate output pressure
- flow rate meter for permeate, concentrate and concentrate return
- vibration-cushioned pressure gauges for pump, permeate and concentrate pressure
- control device for fully automatic monitoring and control of our HYDROMOS® reverse osmosis system for process visualising and display of operating data, fault messages, operating states and LED displays
